Quipus
Call centers proposed by Quipus are based on Linux OS and application Asterisk. Some of the features of such centers are:
- Send e-mail per extension number with voicemail left for you (VOICE-MAIL & VOICE-MAIL TO EMAIL)
- Caller ID if enabled by the provider
- Ability to make calls outside office
- Support connection with VOIP phone providers
- Forward calls to mobile or landline
- Your PABX supports as many internal lines as you wish (NO EXTRA COST) and as many telephone lines offered by yours or by other providers with the additional expansion costs
- Your PABX supports "greeting" (e.g. you have dialed "COMPANY-NAME", press 1 for Sales, press 2 for the Front Desk, e.tc.)
- Simultaneous 3 phones conversation (conference)
- Call Waiting \ Call Waiting \ Call Recording
